Sisters Hilary and Bev are both single mums who live together with three small children. To beat the stess and demands of everyday living they go out for a bit of a laugh - literally!
They attend a Laughter class, or as it's more correctly called "Laughter Yoga" run by Julie Whitehead of the London Laughter Club.
