In Brief:This is a circular walk that begins and ends at Minehead steam railway station.
Start:Buses (28 from Taunton and 38 from Williton and Bridgwater) stop by the walk's start point. The West Somerset Railway runs regular steam trains from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead.

Parking:Parking is available in Station Car Park (run by West Somerset District Council) next to the walk's start point. As at May 2005, parking for one hour there costs 80p, two hours is £1.40 and four hours is £2.70.
