Paulie Malignaggi says British boxers Amir Khan and Kell Brook can challenge the welterweight 'supremacy' of Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather and Pacquiao have been thought to be the best in the division, but former welterweight world champion Malignaggi doesn't agree and says Khan and Brook could push both fighters. 'They're certainly the most popular welterwights in the world but I'm not sure they're the best.
