MH370 anniversary: Husband speaks of loss

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Husband of Chandrika Sharma who was travelling on MH370 when it went missing, imagines conversations with his wife. Speaking to 5 live Breakfast, KS Narendran said just looking at an old document can set off a "whole chain of memories" which spark "vivid conversations". It has been a year since Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 vanished after leaving the the Malaysian capital on route to Beijing, it was carrying 239 passengers and crew on board and despite extensive searches there has been no trace of it. Using the sea as an analogy, KS Narendran said there have been days of calm, turbulence, undercurrents and "days where it seems like there just is another bright sunny day that is just waiting around the corner". This clip is originally from 5 live Breakfast on Sunday 8 March 2015.
