5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

We are known as a nation of tea drinkers but in future you'll be getting a little less in a pyramid bag of PG tips. The tea company is shrinking its bags by about 7 per cent, reducing the weight of tea by 0.2 grammes, but the company is keen to point out the price and quality will remain the same. Jacques De Cock a director from the London School of Marketing explains to Wake up to Money why the customer is more likely to compare price rather than value of products. This clip is originally from Wake up to Money Tuesday 17 March 2015
