Everton could be the latest Premier League side to be taken over by American owners. The club are in talks with an American-led consortium about a potential $300 million takeover at Goodison Park. The group, who count former San Diego Padres baseball owner John Jay Moores among their investors, have been in discussions with the club's owner Bill Kenwright in recent months.
