German investigative journalist Hajo Seppelt, whose anti-doping investigation for German broadcaster ARD led, ultimately, to Russia's ban from international athletics, reacts to the Germany's new law which means sportsmen and women found guilty of doping could now face prison. Those who test positive for a banned substance or found in possession of those drugs could face three years in prison while anyone supplying or distributing banned substances could face a ten year sentence.
