Leave campaigners, including Conservative MP Priti Patel, say European migrants who want to come to the UK should have a good grasp of English before they're allowed in. They reckon that if the UK left the EU, we could bring in a new points based system, a bit like what they have in Australia. One of those requirements would be good language skills.
