As America prepares to welcome a new President to the White House, childhood friends Marla and Lynda will be amongst those watching in Washington. Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 45th US President in the capital on Friday (20 January.) The women, from Indiana, have made the 500 mile journey to watch Trump’s inaugural speech and Marla told 5 live’s Anna Foster: “I feel there’s a new breath of air for our country” “He’s probably one of the first [candidates] that’s said anything from his heart.
