World Update

Available for over a year

A Facebook chatbot - a computer programme which conducts a conversation with the user - is helping refugees claim asylum. The "robot lawyer" is called DoNotPay and it gives legal aid to people seeking refugee status in the United States and Canada, and those who claim asylum support in the United Kingdom.
