Saxophonist John Harle teaches John Wilson to play

Front Row

Available for over a year

John Harle is credited with making the saxophone an accepted instrument in classical music and for inspiring composers such as John Tavener and Sir Harrison Birtwistle to write for it. He's also worked with pop artists like Elvis Costello, Marc Almond and Sir Paul McCartney. After many years training young musicians, he collected his insights into a new book, The Saxophone; but can he teach John Wilson to play?
