24 year old Rebecca Henderson meets David Prever a year after she had a cardiac arrest, was diagnosed with cancer and then had her heart removed. She is alive because she carries a mechanical heart in a rucksack. Rebecca has now been given the all clear from cancer and is now on the urgent heart transplant list. David introduced her to Professor Stephen Westaby and Carla Gair who had a heart transplant four years ago.
