TATE Liverpool: Plans for £10million regeneration

Paul Salt

Available for over a year

In October of last year, Chancellor Rishi Sunak annouced, as part of the annual budget speech, a new multi-million pound funding plan for Liverpool's waterfont. As well as £2million for a new Beatles attraction, the package also included an additional 20 million pounds to be invested in National Museums Liverpool and the Tate. Now, £10million of that is set to help the city's landmark gallery undergo a huge transformation. Helen Legg is Director at Tate Liverpool.
