Southport Pier still shut one year on

Available for over a year

Stretching out into the Irish Sea, Southport Pier boasts being the second longest in Britain With its Victorian charm, its views across to Blackpool and the chance to have a go on the penny arcades and a cuppa - its no wonder it sees visitors from across the world wander or take the train up and down its wooden pathways But all of this takes its toll on a pier that dates back to 1860. Repairs estimated at a cost of 13 million pounds have just begun - having shut it's gates to the public a year ago.
