Tom Hedges, who ran Hogsthorpe post office near Skegness, was wrongly convicted of stealing £23,000 as a result of errors within the Royal Mail's Horizon accounting system. His conviction was quashed, but he's welcomed prime Minister Rishi Sunak's announcement of a new law to "swiftly exonerate and compensate victims" of the scandal.
