Stonehurst Farm in Mountsorrel in Leicestershire is a fully operational mixed farm, that also has a farm park for children. For many people it's probably as close to a farm as they will ever get. Like many farmers, Tom Duffin is changing the way he farms by managing the land in such a way that he can minimise the inputs into the farm by rolling with nature rather than fighting it.
