Blandford Forum, Gillingham and Bridport are amongst the worst areas in the UK for graduate retention rate. That means just a quarter of graduates who passed their GCSEs in Blandford or Gillingham returned there to work after finishing university. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Steve Harris spoke to Sophie O'Brien from Poole. Sophie is the founder of Pollen Careers, working with companies in Dorset to help young people transition from education to employment.
