'Invictus Games gave me purpose after military life'

Rob Shenton from Biddulph Moor is representing the UK at the Invictus Games in Canada. He served in the army for 25 years, living his childhood dream. In 2020, he broke six vertebrae in his neck and back in a bike accident, leaving him with limited mobility. He says he is overjoyed to be part of the Invictus Games after the emotional journey he took to get there.
