'An ounce of it will destroy an entire community'

Available for over a year

The government have been looking at reclassifying monkey dust from Class B to Class A which would have meant harsher prison sentences for people caught with it. However, a report has been published which says that will not work. Addiction recovery coach Adam Brown from Milton believes that monkey dust should be a Class A drug. He says that 'an ounce of it will destroy an entire community.' In a statement the government has told us, it understands the devastating impact the monkey dust can have on lives. It says its "Plan for Change" has a mission to make the nation’s streets safer and will work across health, policing and wider public services to "drive down drug use and stop those who profit from its supply.”
