‘Howzat?’ Danbury 'suspends' cricket

Cricket matches have been suspended on an Essex village green, after a member of the public was hit by a cricket ball. The sport has been played on Dawson Fields in Danbury since at least 1799. Danbury Parish Council have paused all cricket until risk assessments are carried out. Rory Carlton is from Danbury Cricket Club, and has been speaking about the incident.
