For five generations, Bridge Farm near Melton has been at the heart of the local community. For over 100 years the farm has supplied milk to Long Clawson dairy for cheese making - the dairy is one of the world's few that is allowed to produce Stilton cheese. Fifth generation dairy farmer Amy Hayes told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Leicester's Jo Rusell how her family has been working the land for the past century, and why she's just been featured on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ programme 'Countryfile'.
