Douglas Johnson
Well, I thought it was Champs Hill too, but I looked at a picture of this road in JR Wrigley's "Pitsmoor Camera" and the houses don't match up at all. So it isn't.

Dave -
looks a bit like cemetry road to me. just up from traffic lights.

Keith-
Could it be Jenkin hill

julia
- Looks like the houses opposite the Fire Station at the top of Mansfield Road, Intake.

Tony R - Looks like it was taken from Endcliffe Park near Hunters Bar.

Steve Cooper - Too steep for Mansfield Road

Jon Vine - I think this could be the houses opposite Firth Park Library - the view even includes the old iron fence - looking from the Library to the Park itself? on Firth Park Road. S5

Karen - Could these be the old houses that once stood on Jenkin Road at Wincobank?

Ray Colley - Bottem end of Whitehouse Lane going down towards the Kelvin beforeflats were built

Colin Saunders - Looks very much like Champs hill (part of Brunswick Rd.)just above Whitby & Chandlers. Before it goes under the railway bridge.

Tony - Champs hill Brunswick Rd Pitsmoor.

Keith - Jenkin hill

Lisa a - I agree with Julie and Steve on this one - top of Mansfield Road.

Shelagh - Looks like Rock Street at Pitsmoor, bottom of Andover St going towards city.

ellen - i think it looks like the road behind the botanical gardens at hunters bar, used towalk down it, and walls to the houses are very similar.

Lucille - Chanps Hill, Pitsmoor. I remember the handrail on the far side of the road.

Barbara - Certainly not Cemetery Road. I lived on the part above the lights and this is not it.
