East London Olympics: The pupils at Carpenters Primary school in Stratford have been learning the Olympic ideals before competing in a local athletics competition.

Carpenters Primary school in Stratford has seen at close quarters how the work for the Olympics is developing. Buildings have been built around them as London prepares to host the 2012 event. The teachers at Carpenters have been teaching the children the Olympic ideals that it’s the taking part that counts and helping them learn to enjoy their participation in sport.
