When will I get my tickets?
All tickets for this event will be digital tickets. You will be able to access your digital tickets by logging into your within 2 weeks of the event. You will require your phone to show your digital ticket within the Ticketmaster app upon arrival at the event, so remember to have it fully charged before you arrive!
What happens if I don’t receive my digital tickets?

What food and drink will be available on site?
There will be a wide range of food traders in operation at this event selling both hot and cold food and sweet and savoury snacks. The food offering will include options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal customers. Please visit our Food and Drink page for more information.
We will be operating a Challenge 25 Policy and you may be asked for ID to verify your age when purchasing alcohol. We accept the following forms of ID: a valid passport; a valid EU photo card driving licence; or a photographic ID card with the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – PASS hologram.
Bringing Children / Babies To The Event
Age Restrictions
With the exception of children aged 2 years and under, all those attending the event will need a valid ticket. PLEASE NOTE that anybody aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
Under 16 wristbands will be available to collect from the Information, Lost Property and Welfare tents which are located close to the arena entrance. These wristbands are designed to be worn by any young person under 16 who is attending the event. There is space on the wristband to write the contact phone number of the responsible adult attending with them. The number will be called in the event that they become separated and make themselves known to an event steward.
Please do not write the child’s or your name on the wristband.
Parents and/or guardians are responsible for assessing whether the festival line-up, content, and atmosphere are appropriate for their child. While we strive to create an inclusive experience, some performances or environments may contain loud music, strong language, or other content that may not be suitable for younger attendees. Please review the line-up and event details before purchasing a ticket.
Security & Searches:
• Event security at Radio 2 in the Park will be briefed to permit those with babies / small children to bring larger bags into the arena – all bags will still be subject to a full search.
• Buggies will also be permitted entry on to site and will be subject to searching. Please speak to the Security Supervisor at the main entrance if you have any questions.
• Baby changing facilities are available within the event area and will be situated in the toilet units and at the onsite welfare tent.
Buggies & Pushchairs:
• Buggies and pushchairs are allowed at this event. However, we strongly recommend that attendees be mindful that areas near the Main Stage will be extremely crowded, making it difficult to navigate with a buggy. For safety reasons, buggies may need to be moved to less crowded areas if necessary.
• Please note child ‘pull along’ wagons/carts are not permitted at this event.
Can I use cash onsite?
The event will operate as a contactless site, you can pay with debit card & Apple/Google pay.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses are not allowed into the venue. Please also note that selfie sticks will not be permitted at Radio 2 in the Park. A list of prohibited items can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Will there be merchandise available to purchase for this event?
Official Radio 2 in the Park t-shirts and hoodies are available to pre-order at a discounted rate in advance of the event when purchasing your Radio 2 In The Park tickets.
There will also be a merchandise stall onsite at the event with a full range of stock available to purchase.
Where do I collect my pre-ordered merchandise?
Pre-orders can be collected from the merchandise tent onsite using your Ticketmaster merchandise QR. This can be identified on the site map when it is released via the 't-shirt' symbol.
What if it rains?
It is advisable to keep an eye on the weather forecast in the days running up to the event and to prepare for all types of weather! The site is made up of predominately grass with some hard standing pathways and minimal areas for rain cover.
Can I bring a chair?
To ensure an optimal experience for all ticketholders and effectively manage the number of chairs in the arena while coordinating chair placement safely, we are introducing two types of General Admission tickets this year.
General Admission – No Chair allows general admission into the event arena, and does not allow the ticketholder to bring a chair.
General Admission – Bring Your Own Chair allows general admission into the event arena and allows the ticketholder to bring a chair from home. The chair size must meet the specified guidelines and placed in the designated chair zone on site.
FRIDAY PRE-PARTY 5TH SEPTEMBER EVENT
You are not permitted to bring a chair to the event on Friday 5th September. If you require an accessible ticket please see our Accessibility page for more information.
SATURDAY 6TH & SUNDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER EVENTS
A 'General Admission – Bring Your Own Chair' ticket is available to purchase for Saturday 6th September and Sunday 7th September events.
There will be a designated chair zone on site where chair ticket customers are allowed to place their chair. The front of the chair zone will be 85m from the front of the main stage. The centre of the chair zone will be 125m from the front of the main stage.
No chairs can be placed outside of this zone.
Ticketholders who have purchased a 'General Admission – Bring Your Own Chair' ticket can bring one folding chair. Only one chair per ticket is permitted with the following dimensions: W60cm x H98cm X D68cm. Chairs larger than the specified dimensions will not be allowed into the event.
Customers cannot bring a chair of any kind to the event unless they have the correct ticket.

What if I have lost something at the event?
We will have a Lost Property point located onsite and will provide a link to a lost property form here closer to the event.
What if I can no longer attend?
Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled or postponed.
If you can no longer attend the event, you can resell your tickets at face value or less through platform. Fan to Fan resale will open at 09:00 on Friday 1st August and close at midday on Friday 29th August.
Can I transfer a ticket?
Yes, you are able to send tickets to friends and family. From 9am on Tuesday 2nd September, you can use to send some or all of your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to others securely, allowing everyone to enter the event with their own ticket.
How can I listen/watch if I don’t get tickets?
Radio 2 in the Park will be broadcast live on Radio 2 and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sounds across the weekend, with performances available to watch live and on demand on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ iPlayer.
Can I volunteer/do work experience at Radio 2 in the Park?
We are not currently looking for volunteers or work experience staff but details of general work experience placements and vacancies across the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ are advertised on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Careers website.
Can my band play at Radio 2 in the Park?
We are not looking for any more bands to play this year, but if you are an artist wanting to get your music heard, make sure you upload your music to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Introducing.
