Tickets for Radio 2 in the Park Chelmsford will be available to book on Wednesday 4th June at 08:30. Please read all the information on this page carefully before attempting to proceed with a booking.

To help us limit the amount of tickets purchased by ticket touts or bots, we are using for this event. To be able to queue for tickets you will be required to have a Ticketmaster account. To save time when purchasing your tickets, you can before tickets go on sale.
Once you have signed into your account and clicked the link, you will be assigned a position in the queue. Please note that if you click the above link earlier than 08:30, you will be placed in the waiting room.

Ticket Types
With the exception of children aged 2 years and under, everyone attending the event will need a valid ticket. Children under 18 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
A maximum purchase of 6 tickets per person can be purchased for each day of the event.

General Admission - No Chair
£63 (+ £5 booking fee) per person
General admission to the event
Essex Residents - General Admission - No Chair
An allocation (30%) of General Admission tickets will be reserved for purchase for residents within Essex. To secure tickets, you will need to enter the postcode of your home address at the time of purchase. Valid postcodes should be entered in full capitals and without any spaces e.g. W1A1AA.
Any remaining tickets from this allocation will be made available to all UK postcodes on Wednesday 11th June at 08:30.
General Admission - Bring Your Own Chair
£63 (+ £5 booking fee) per person
There will be a designated chair zone on site where chair ticket customers are allowed to place their chair. The front of the chair zone will be 85m from the front of the main stage. The centre of the chair zone will be 125m from the front of the main stage. No chairs can be placed outside of the dedicated zones. Customers with this ticket can bring one folding chair. Only one chair per ticket is permitted with the following dimensions: W60cm x H98cm X D68cm. Chairs larger than the specified dimensions will not be allowed into the event. Please view the Chair Policy section on the Security page for more information. Please note that chairs will only be permitted in the designated chair zones onsite.
Essex Residents - General Admission - Bring Your Own Chair

£165 (+ £6.60 booking fee) per person
Enhanced ticket to the event including an allocated seat on the Grandstand and Garden Access

Enhanced Area ticket holders with Grandstand Seating and Garden Access will benefit from allocated grandstand seating, a dedicated entrance lane into the event and an exclusive garden bar. This area will also have artisan catering units selling premium food options and luxury restroom facilities.
Enhanced Area with Garden Access Only
£100 (+ £5 booking fee) per person
Enhanced ticket to the event including access to the Garden only
Enhanced Area ticket holders with Garden Access will benefit from a dedicated entrance lane into the event and an exclusive garden bar. This area will also have artisan catering units selling premium food options and luxury restroom facilities.
Accessible Tickets
Customers requiring accessible facilities at the event should first purchase a ticket. If you are unable attend the event without the support from an Essential Companion, you can apply for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket.
Please do not buy a ticket for your Essential Companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved.

Age Restrictions
With the exception of children aged 2 years and under all those attending the event will need a valid ticket. PLEASE NOTE that anybody aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event
ID checks may be carried out at the entrance, with the following forms of ID accepted: a valid passport; valid Photocard Driving Licence; or a valid photographic identity card bearing the National Proof Of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.
Anyone breaking the rules and regulations governing the ticket purchase process may have any purchased tickets cancelled without notice and the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ will not accept any liability for tickets cancelled in these circumstances.
