
Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
All tickets are issued on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and all ticket holders are subject to the terms and conditions indicated here and displayed on the premises, any of which may be changed at the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 discretion. The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following:-
General Admission tickets for the Friday Pre-Party event will cost 拢32 (+ 拢3.00 booking fee per ticket).
General admission tickets for the Saturday and Sunday events will cost 拢63 (+ 拢5.00 booking fee per ticket). Customers can choose between a 'General Admission - No Chair' ticket or a 'General Admission - Bring Your Own Chair' ticket.
Enhanced Area wit Grandstand Seating and Garden Access tickets will cost 拢165 (+ 拢6.60 booking fee per ticket), Enhanced Area with Garden Access only tickets will cost 拢100 (+ 拢5.00 booking fee per ticket).
Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled or postponed. You can only purchase a maximum of six tickets per person per day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled. The 蜜芽传媒 will not accept any liability for transactions cancelled in these circumstances.
30% of General Admission tickets will be reserved for purchase for residents within the Essex area. To ensure you are eligible to purchase these tickets, you will need to enter the postcode of your home address at the time of purchase.
Any remaining tickets from the General Admission Essex area allocation, after 08:30 on Wednesday 11th June will be made available to all UK postcodes.
The booking process for 蜜芽传媒 Radio 2 in the Park will be handled by Ticketmaster and customers will be transferred to their site to complete their purchase. The 蜜芽传媒 is not responsible for the content of 3rd party apps and any personal data exchanged as part of signing up to the Ticketmaster App and purchase of tickets will be held by Ticketmaster as controller and processor of that personal data.
Please note that anyone who does not already have a Ticketmaster account will need to create one in order to purchase tickets. Having a Ticketmaster account does not guarantee success in the application to make a ticket purchase. If successful, tickets will be in the form of e-tickets (electronic tickets) which will be sent to the purchaser via the Ticketmaster App within 2-weeks of the event date, and the Ticketmaster App will be required to show the e-tickets on entry to the event.
Age restrictions:
With the exception of children aged 2 years and under all those attending the event will need a valid ticket. PLEASE NOTE that anybody aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
ID checks may be carried out at the entrance, with the following forms of ID accepted: a valid passport; valid Photocard Driving Licence; or a valid photographic identity card bearing the National Proof Of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.
We operate the Challenge 25 Policy and all ticket holders may be asked for ID to verify their age when purchasing alcohol.
Anyone breaking the rules and regulations governing the ticket purchase process may have any purchased tickets cancelled without notice and the 蜜芽传媒 will not accept any liability for tickets cancelled in these circumstances.
Ticket Use Terms & Conditions
The 蜜芽传媒 has engaged FAB Limited (鈥淔AB鈥) to manage the event on its behalf. Reference to FAB is made where applicable below.
** Please ensure you have checked the list of prohibited items (paragraph 8) and bag & chair restrictions**
1. The ticket is subject to the rules and regulations of the 蜜芽传媒 which may be changed at its sole discretion.
2. All those attending the event will need a valid ticket which will be made available to all ticket holders in the Ticketmaster App. Tickets must be presented to be scanned at point of entry. Tickets remain the property of the 蜜芽传媒.
3. If you are unable to attend the event, you may be able to sell your tickets at face value or less via function. Fan to Fan resale will open at 09:00 on Friday 1st August and close at midday on Friday 29th August. Bar this exception, tickets may NOT be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not at any time be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any individual or organisation other than the 蜜芽传媒.
Tickets are individually bar coded. Unofficial sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation of this ticket and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the event. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the nominated ticket agents, it will become void, and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue.
Chair & Bag Restrictions and Prohibited Items
For those customers who purchase a 'General Admission 鈥 Bring Your Own Chair' ticket, only one chair per ticket is permitted with the following maximum dimensions: W60cm x H98cm X D68cm.
Customers cannot bring a chair of any kind (including shooting stick) to the event unless they have a 'General Admission - Bring Your Own Chair' ticket.
In the interest of safety, only one small bag is permitted per person with the following maximum dimensions: W21cm X H30cm X D8cm (about the size of an A4 bag).
Food for personal consumption can be brought into the event but must fit within the permitted bag size.
No alcoholic drinks may be brought into this event or taken away from this event. They will be confiscated at the gates and disposed of. Each person is permitted to bring in:-
鈥 1 x sealed plastic bottle or paper carton containing up to 500ml of water or soft drink (including juice).
鈥 An empty plastic or metal water bottle up to 1l capacity to be filled at water points in the event arena free-of-charge.
In the interest of safety and security, please do not bring any glass items to this event (including bottles, perfume & aftershave).
4. Alcohol will be on sale in the event arena. No alcohol may be purchased or consumed by those under the age of 18. Proof of age will be requested from anyone who looks under 25 years of age. The only accepted forms of ID will be a photo card driving licence, passport, or a proof or age card bearing the PASS hologram e.g. Citizen card or Validate card. No photocopies of any of the listed forms of ID will be permitted. Security patrols will also be in operation to prevent anybody under the age of 18 attempting to consume alcohol.
5. Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the event. There is no cloakroom. See Bag Restrictions above for the dimensions of small bag permitted to be brought to the event.
6. If you have purchased the 鈥楪eneral Admission 鈥 Bring Your Own Chair鈥 ticket, one folding chair or shooting stick is permitted on site per person. They can only be set up within the designated area on site as signposted and depicted on the site map which will be available closer to the event. Please be aware that umbrellas more than 1m long are not permitted.
7. For safety reasons, and to ensure the comfort of those attending the event, the management reserves the right to reduce the overall footprint of your chosen seating area.
8. As well as items mentioned elsewhere in these terms and conditions, the following articles are NOT permitted on site: Glass items of any kind (including bottles, dishes, drinking vessels, perfume or aftershave), metal or ceramic knives or cutlery, cork screws, cheese and bread knives (unless wooden or plastic cutlery), barbeques (including disposable barbeques and camping stoves), picnic blankets, flags, flag poles, golf/large umbrellas (1 metre or more), selfie sticks, hampers or cool boxes, flaming torches, candles or naked flames, flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, kites, gazebos, tents or shelters, inflatable chairs or sofas, tables, child 鈥榩ull along鈥 wagons/carts, bicycles, generators, spray cans, unmanned aerial vehicles/devices (drones), smoke or gas canisters/cylinders (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), no items associated with taking NOS (canister, balloons, cartridges), no gas devices or smoking devices (excluding vapes), megaphones, air-horns, aerosols, backpack hydration packs, sound systems, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, zoom lenses, cinematographic equipment, audio visual equipment, unidentifiable substances, illegal substances, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards, unauthorised reflective jackets/hi-vis vests, no medication unless recognisable or accompanied by a doctor鈥檚 note or prescription, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety. Confiscated items cannot be returned upon exiting the festival site.
9. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden on site without written permission from 蜜芽传媒 or FAB.
10. Fires are not permitted anywhere on site. Anyone involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto a fire will be evicted from site. No candles or naked flames will be permitted.
11. Do not bring drugs including legal highs to the event. You may be rejected/ejected from the event and handed over to the police if found in possession. Sniffer dogs may be in operation.
12. The event is outdoors, you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potentially inclement weather. The site ground is mostly grass and we would ask audience members to wear footwear appropriate for the conditions and exercise due care when walking to and around the site - please be aware that if there is rain before or during the event, the site could become more difficult to navigate.
13. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.
14. No animals will be permitted, other than pre-registered and approved assistance dogs.
15. The 蜜芽传媒 reserves the right to cancel and/or amend this event and/or the ticket process at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification.
16. Should the event be cancelled, or the line-up changed, neither the 蜜芽传媒 nor FAB will be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred including any event administration fees and cost of travel to/from the venue. In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Applications for refunds should be obtained via the point of purchase and requested no later than 3 months after the event.
17. There is NO RE-ADMISSION. Once you have left the event, you will not be able to return. Last entry for the event will be 21:30 on Friday 5th, 20:45 on Saturday 6th and 20:30 on Sunday 7th September.
18. The 蜜芽传媒 or FAB on its behalf reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the site at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and/or FAB may be ejected without a refund. In addition, anyone found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected without a refund and may be reported to the police.
19. The 蜜芽传媒 or FAB on its behalf have the right to search all persons and personal property, with bag searches and potentially via the use of full body metal detectors or wands. They will refuse admission to, or eject from site, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf.
20. Neither the 蜜芽传媒 nor FAB shall be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.
21. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. Neither the 蜜芽传媒 nor FAB will be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
22. 蜜芽传媒 Radio 2 in the Park will be filmed and recorded for live transmission and availability on demand, including internet streaming. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world by the 蜜芽传媒 and any authorised partners. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.
23. Please use the bins and recycling points provided on and off the event site.
24. If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event) please contact a steward as soon as possible 鈥 complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.
25. WARNINGS - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Smoke effects, strobe lighting, lasers, pyrotechnics, and loud noises may be used at this event.
26. It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, this includes tents. Please observe the signage around the event arena.
27. Admission to this event is subject to the terms and conditions, and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you agree to this, and in particular, all safety measures the 蜜芽传媒 may implement to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases.
Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
