Join the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra at Maida Vale Studios for a wonderful programme of Czech, Hungarian and Russian music from the early 20th century.
Slovak Conductor Juraj Val膷uha makes his debut with the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra and brings music by Dvo艡谩k and Prokofiev. Principal Conductor of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra from 2009-16, he is currently music director of the Teatro di San Carlo, Naples and Principal Guest Conductor of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin. He will be reunited with acclaimed Ukrainian violinist Valeriy Sokolov for Bart贸k鈥榮 Second Violin Concerto. Written under the threat of Fascism, it鈥檚 a passionate national statement, lively with folk rhythms.
