Suzie was a contestant on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ series Best ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cook. She has since contributed to many other programmes, including Food Fest Northern Ireland, and has gone on to present her own TV show on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Northern Ireland, Suzie Lee - ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cook Hero.

Her first book is Simply Chinese: Recipes from a Chinese ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Kitchen, where Suzie shows you how to create authentic-tasting pan-Asian dishes using supermarket ingredients.
