Suzie visits The Square Bistro in Lisburn, where chef Stevie Higginson cooks local produce with international flavours. First up, Stevie shows Suzie how to make a starter that’s very on trend, Korean chicken with Korean mayo.

Inspired by Stevie, Suzie shows how to make Korean sauce and mayo. Instead of chicken, she uses a popular Asian ingredient – cauliflower. Watch as Suzie cooks up Korean crispy cauliflower with spiced mayo.

For the main course, Stevie shows Suzie another of his signature dishes - miso roast cod. At home, Suzie makes her own miso and fish dish, but again changes things up by making a miso ponzu poke bowl.

For dessert, Stevie demonstrates how to make chocolate fondant with coconut ice cream and toasted coconut. Suzie has a hack for her home-made version, adding a dark chocolate surprise. Tasty!
