A Het Pint

Ingredients:

2 eggs
50g soft brown sugar
1 nutmeg
500ml pale ale
75ml whiskey

Method:

Whisk the eggs, ale and sugar in a heatproof bowl over simmering water and cook until hot and slightly thick. Add the whiskey and bring back up to heat.

Pour into a copper kettle to serve and grate nutmeg over the top of the hot drink
