This week on Classical Live, we will hear music inspired by the Arts including Chausson's Viviane inspired by the Arthurian legend of Viviane, the Lady of the Lake, and her affair with the wizard Merlin plus Strauss' Don Quixote from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ National Orchestra of Wales which depicts the adventures of Miguel de Cervantes's famous literary character.

Elsewhere, there's chamber music from sold out concerts at the Hay Festival, recorded exclusively for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 3 in May this year. Today Ravel's unique and lyrical String Quartet in F is played by the Kleio String Quartet.
