Jeremy discusses Donald Trump's involvement in Scotland, the England goalkeeper Hannah Hampton losing her grandfather before the Euros, school attendance and it's day two of Radio 2's 21st Century Folk with a live performance from the musical duo Chris While and Julie Matthews.

21st Century Folk on Radio 2 is a celebration of folk and people's stories marking 200 years of the modern railway. Today, Jeremy talks to Tom, who was found in a waiting room in Reading train station when he was only two weeks old. He also speaks to Chris While and Julie Matthews, who have written a song about him.

The award-winning and pioneering 21st Century Folk series returns to Radio 2 this week with a celebration of music and stories on the Jeremy Vine Show. With Railway 200 as the theme – marking two centuries of the modern railway - we hear from five people who have an incredible tale to tell about their connection to trains and the rail network. We then set their stories to music as folk artists are inspired to write original songs based on what they’ve heard.
