Aziz Ibrahim & Dalbir Singh Rattan pioneer the Asian Blues aesthetic. Paul Weller says: 鈥楾hey sound like The White Stripes of Mumbai. I love it!鈥�

Aziz Ibrahim explored his British Pakistani roots in Manchester, playing in reggae, rap and rockabilly bands and began his professional career in Simply Red and then The Stone Roses. He also wrote songs for Ian Brown and Paul Weller. In 2018, he was awarded the 鈥楧octor of Arts鈥� honour in recognition of his work in music, culture & equality by The University Of Salford.

Dalbir Singh Rattan is a Leeds born Tabla player. He's worked and toured with Richard Ashcroft, Ocean Colour Scene, Ian Brown, Noel Gallagher, The Players, Marillion, Steve Hogarth (H Band) and Richard Barbieri (Porcupine Tree/Japan).
