Britten's Lachrymae for viola and strings

Chamber music highlights from Bavaria plus Britten's Lachrymae for viola and strings performed by Ryszard Groblewski, and the Zurich Chamber Orchestra.

An afternoon of compelling performances including highlights from summer chamber music concerts across Bavaria and there is a spotlight on orchestral works with solo viola. Introduced by Fiona Talkington.

Throughout the week, Classical Live is featuring specially recorded concerts from various Bavarian summer music festivals.
