Food and Community Across Wales
Country Focus explores a new food venture in Anglesey, meets Wild Running author Natalie Ann Holborow, and joins a harvest feast with Ein Cegin in Newcastle Emlyn.
This week’s Country Focus begins in Anglesey, where a new food venture is reviving traditional preservation methods to inspire more sustainable ways of eating and living.
In north Gower, Rhodri Davies meets author Natalie Ann Holborow to hear about her new book Wild Running. Highlighting fourteen trails across South Wales, it combines practical advice for runners with stories about the culture, history and landscapes that shape each route.
And finally, we head to Newcastle Emlyn where community kitchen Ein Cegin celebrates the harvest with families from the Plant Dewi project – a joyful reminder of the power of food to bring people together.
