What exercises can you do for foot pain?
Around 1 in 10 people will develop plantar fasciitis in their lifetime - pain on the bottom of the foot, heel and arch that can really affect everyday life.
It gets more common with age and a podiatry appointment can be tricky to come by, so Ranj explains how to ease the pain at home, from specialist insoles to simple foot stretches using a tennis ball. He also explains why you shouldn't take ibuprofen in the first 48 hours of treatment.
