"I鈥檓 from Manchester originally and made the move down to London in 2012. I鈥檓 massively into soul music and I love people like Stevie Wonder, John Legend and Donny Hathaway. I actually don鈥檛 come from a musical family, I鈥檓 the only one who can sing.

My mum would enter me into singing competitions on holiday parks when I was a kid. As a teenager I joined a gospel choir and we would play at weddings and functions. I then went on the study Musical Theatre at college.

Since moving to London I鈥檝e been playing at loads of open mic nights, and I feel ready now to take The Voice stage and just go for it"
