Hector's cousin, a successful businessman and self-made man.

He has the perfect wife, perfect kids, perfect lifestyle and a house by the bay. But all his perceived achievements are about to unravel, when in a fit of rage he slaps someone else's child. In the aftermath he defends himself and feels the world has lost sight of what is right and wrong, but the damage to his reputation within his circle of friends reaches far beyond anywhere he could have imagined.

Alex Dimitriades

Alex made his film debut playing the title role in The Heartbreak Kid, since then he has starred in some of Australia's best TV dramas, including Blue Murder, Young Lions, Wildside and Rescue Special Ops.

He won a Film Critic's Choice of Australia award in 1998 for his performance of Ari in Head On and a nomination for an AFI award for the same role.

Alex has also played Charlie Babbit in the Ensemble Theatre's production of Rain Man and starred at the Griffin Theatre, Sydney in The Woman with Dog's Eyes, Hurlyburly and The Night Watchmen.
