President Trump has abandoned his second summit with Russia and says he doesn't want to 'waste' his time. The two sides were due to meet in Budapest this week to discuss an end to Russia's war in Ukraine.

US Vice-President JD Vance is in Israel as part of the Trump administration's efforts to strengthen the Gaza ceasefire deal. Ahead of talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he said the ceasfire deal is going better than expected. However aid organisations are warning that they still can't get enough food and supplies into the Gaza Strip. The World Food Programme has called for all crossing points into Gaza to be opened and warned that destruction in Gaza after two years of war -- including to roads -- meant the organisation couldn't meet its goal of bringing in two-thousand tonnes of food a day. We speak to the WFP.
