Ingredients
2lbs sausages
2 sweet potatoes
zest of one orange
1 tsp ground ginger
vegetable oil
Method
Cut the sweet potatoes into 3cm chunks, mix with orange zest, ginger and a little oil.
Arrange sausages and sweet potatoes in a roasting tin.
Roast at 180 ‘C for 25-30 minutes

2 apples
2 oz margarine
1 onion finely sliced
7 floz orange juice
1 tbs brown sugar
4 cloves
3 bay leaves
2 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 oz raisins
