Sunday i present you my runners friends

Good morning to everyone dear friends. I want showing how is my sunday morning.
09:30 a.m. Sunday 3th Jannuary 2010 - Guidonia city near Rome- our session training .
Our appointment is at the market square . I'm checking my runner shoes

I took a photo with my runners mates of the team

We are planning 01:00 hour of basic training for next marathon. to left Angelo,Alberto,Ernesto (he ran 27 marathons, great) and Giuliano. In the middle Enrico. We joking all the time.
We are going to train 01:00 hour like basic work for the next marathon.

We run in the countryside , Alberto is in front of me with a good pace.
Then i took a photo to amatorial cyclists come across by chance.

before 25:00 mins to the start we arrived at “La botte” where Alberto took me a photo

before 2 km from here we arrived to the fountain to drink water ( we have run 30:00 mins)

Guidonia is a famous place for the granite's quarries .the ancient roman's monuments were made using this natural product of the tiburtina area. i took a photo along my running path.

Do you remember Santangelo Romano town? . Is it in front of us.

I saw a flock of sheep .
Where am I ? oh, this is my direction

Just 2 km to the finish the rail crossing . Ok Rome to left.

then finished our hard work . our short time rest.
we are used to drinking a coffe togheter after our training .We enjoy this time and we are thinking to next appointment.

i hope you aren't bored.
at the moment ciao to everyone end ...

Your blog is so interesting, and the explanation for the photos is realy funny. Your running path is so beutiful, hope I can run there as well. I only can run in the school field, because the road is too many cars and the air is too bad. Thanks for sharing your running experience. Wish you have great score in the coming marathon.

Hey Enrico are you joking? We are not bored. Great pics again of you area.By the way I don't see any women running with you guys.:)

Hello Enrico, your blog entries are really very interesting. I am reading them all with great interest and the photos are really good and full of life. Will be looking forward to reading more adventures from you. Naheed

Hi Enric, Imagine that a graceful and Asian lady, who is a bit older than you, is huffing and puffing behind you and at the same time she’s crying out" wait for me". There you are, and thank you for the stop. Let’s introduce ourselves to each other...My name is Hyoshil from South Korea who tries to keep up with you hobbling with sore legs. how do you do and it’s nice to make acquaintance with you. I've learnt a litte about you by your writings but what do you do for a living if you don’t mind? Have you ever run for any charity event, and would you like to be in London Marathon one day? I’ll off now as my legs and feet are tired. thaks again for having a break with me and your coffee is on the house. Keep up the good work!

You seem to really enjoy running. My sister ran the Maraton too. Have you been Maraton in New York? I think it is some kind of "Mecca" to all of Maraton Runners. Good Luck to your practises.

i enjoy reading your blog and find that you are so energetic! but for me, as a secondary5 student, who are going to sit a public exam, my daily schedule now is study and study! so poor!after reading your blog, i may try to squeeze some time in doing some exercise during this weekends>v<!
