A good start of the year to everyone

Hello dears,

This is just to reinforce my best wishes to you all.
Today I had already to work because my cousin sister had cracked her tooth yesterday. She was returning from the bank and didn't note there was a man following her. He stole her money and hit her on her face but she was lucky because he couldn't do anything more. She screamed a lot.

Maybe I still have time to show the pictures of my 2009 birthday.

There was a big party at the countryside. I don’t like to celebrate it but my relatives did it for me.

Our Christmas

Hello friends...again

I couldn’t help thinking of you all after reading the last blogs and I’m impressed by the pictures of your sophisticated and idyllic Christmas.

I reckon I owe you approppriate pictures for the season. Maybe I still have time here to show how an ordinary Christmas for homeless children is.

This is the work my sister (the one whose dog is badly ill) and brother-in-law do every year at home or at streets. They don’t have their own children but are always helpful for the children in need, not only at the end of the year.

May Christmas mood remains in our hearts every day of 2010

running...my passion.what do you do to feel in shape?

Hi to everyone. My name is Enrico i'm 47 i'm a new student . i've ever lived in Rome-Italy where i was born. I've been married since 1990 and we have 2 guys and a baby . This is my family. About me i've a great passion “running” i'm a regular runner and i've known other runners friends and we often training togheter. I like music 70'-80 and when my guys permit me using their pc i try mixing my dance songs . During my spare time i go training. I hope don't annoy you.
Today i want starting to show how is my session training early in the morning .
Yes is common to many runners plaining their sessions training for their next contest. I like training with my mates of the team , we wake up early .
it is me before go out at 7 a.m.

Is it cool but i'm going out with my training bag.
we run into our district and i'm goin to meet my team's mate ,Angelo.
We make stretching before starting .Is the sunrise .

hello , ok just 1 km to finish our training .. this is our last photo . 8 km to finish our work .We are used to taking a coffe after our training we get to the bar than happy about our performance , we go home to have a shower. Tomorrow other session very hard we climb up in countryside to Sant'Angelo Romano town where we are going to meet other runners friends...

Runner as a tourist

Hi dears friends.
today sunday 3th January 2010 my basic training is near Rome where i often go meeting other runners friends. We are going to visit Sant 'Angelo Romano town . We left Rome at 07:50 a.m.
Yes i wish showing you this landscape in the north of Rome ….Sant'Angelo Romano town is localized(+/- )18 km by my district of Rome along Tiburtina road. This is the driving direction before 12 km by Rome ….
we turn left and ..after 3 km look on the right the little hill town

On the top left the tower and the old castle ..
Straight on for the way ..we are climbing up
and before 6 km after several curves we are arrived.

Sunday i present you my runners friends

Good morning to everyone dear friends. I want showing how is my sunday morning.
09:30 a.m. Sunday 3th Jannuary 2010 - Guidonia city near Rome- our session training .
Our appointment is at the market square . I'm checking my runner shoes

We are planning 01:00 hour of basic training for next marathon. to left Angelo,Alberto,Ernesto (he ran 27 marathons, great) and Giuliano. In the middle Enrico. We joking all the time.
We are going to train 01:00 hour like basic work for the next marathon.

We run in the countryside , Alberto is in front of me with a good pace.
Then i took a photo to amatorial cyclists come across by chance.

before 25:00 mins to the start we arrived at “La botte” where Alberto took me a photo

before 2 km from here we arrived to the fountain to drink water ( we have run 30:00 mins)

Guidonia is a famous place for the granite's quarries .the ancient roman's monuments were made using this natural product of the tiburtina area. i took a photo along my running path.

then finished our hard work . our short time rest.
we are used to drinking a coffe togheter after our training .We enjoy this time and we are thinking to next appointment.

What kind of music do you listen?

Dears friends
this month I’ve a great responsibility to bring off my articles and after the hearthquake disaster for civil population of Haiti i wondered if writing or not . Last year the hearthquake in Italy destroyed the wonderful city of L’Aquila . This is another tragic event . My work is secondary .i hope you like .
I want to tell of my personal esperience .
I’d like writing about “what kind of music do you listen ?”.
Listening music is a good system to keep stress behind or learning another language, too.
Do you change your musical taste when you feel bad or happy?
Last summer I spent my holiday in Brazil where my wife’s parents live in the north-east and after 23 years i feel a bit as a brazilian.
Every time leaving Brazil to come back home for me is like a little die.
But come back writing about music.
I listened the “Forrò” a typical popular brazilian music .
My nephews ever smiled when I danced with my wife or my sister-in-law .
After 3 weeks we moved to south of Brazil to meet in Rio de Janeiro the godmother of my daughter . I listened …funky reggaee an hip hop rap rhythm .
I came back home in the end of August 2009 where I often listen pop music on the radio or on tv.
I like listen dance music 70’s-80’s because I am used to listening when i train alone .
I remember when i was I child my eldest brother used to listen Beatles songs collection .
Recently I have red a book of this terrific band of Liverpool.
My boys are teen when I try listening my dance music they say me "how boring your music is".
I listen their music. My youngest boy play electric bass with a rock band and sometime I say … the rhythm of this song is a re-mix or new edition of an old dance song of 70’s and after i showed the original song.
How curious is the life.
This month the brazilian godmother of my daughter who lives in Rio spent with his family a short Christmas holiday in Italy and I decided to make a personal musical text to know their musical preference.
I had 4 kind of proposals .
I started with house music an electronic syntethizer rhythm nowadays typical at disco .
After 10 mins. I changed with other genre . My first text failed.
For 2th I proposed my preferit Simple Red love songs but without success .Failed .
I changed again with….brazilian music . my 3th option was a success , a great brazilian singer and all stopped talking.
I was looking forward to put my 4th option dance music of 70’s-80’s but , we arrived to the airport ,
they were going to leave.
Result:
I listen different genre of music . but my point of wiev is that all kind of rithm listened have a common mom “Africa”.
I don’t give up on writing and studing English.
And you what kind of music do you listen at work, with your friends or when you are alone?

If you won a terrific jackpot at the lottery, what would you do?

I want write about this funny aspect about money and stress
Last week I was training with my runners mates when we were talking about a common dream of everyone… win a terrific jackpot at the lottery . The big break .
The day before you bought a lottery’s ticket and the following day you are a very rich man .
At the moment you are happy then you are afraid about how can change your life style .
It said: “ money don’t give you happiness but it calm your nerves” or “your attention by money and phisical pains are the same , you keeps care of both of them” .
You are in the top list of major rich men of the planet. Whaaooo.
What would be yours priorities?
The list is very long . we tried joking with my runners friends . the results at top were:
-I would buy a wonderfull house
-I would have a beautifull trip around the world
-I should put my money into a bank account and I’d live with bank interest all my life.
but remember
what would be the collaterals effects?
Envy and jealousy are a horrible aspect but this is the bill to have to pay
Do you still following meeting your old friends? Yours children might change their public school for an exclusive private school . you are a rich men, isn’t it?
Your relatives or old friends suddenly appear asking an hand. You can afford to help them.
Your phone has been ringing all time your private lawyer is going to proposal a good business in the financial market , it is an easy profit.
But no one remember to tell thanks to who really wanted seeing you rich.
Really do they ask about you ? maybe….Is a stress . The bankers want your money , isn’t enough for them.
So I arrived home and I saw on tv the Italian jackpot at the lottery. Whaaooo.
I decided to ask to a very expert . A magician of the daily market and give me ever good advices. I asked to my wife.
She look me seriously and then she told me: first I would buy a wonderfull house . I would have a beautifull trip around the world, I would help my family abroad….
I smiled thinking when I talked about the lottery together my runners friends .
i haven't won the jackpot and saved a lot of money. I told to myself.
Am i happy without this fortune? To win this jackpot is a dream but I hope you can realize yours goals . have you ever bought a lottery's ticket for the big break?
