  20. "My life flashed before my eyes!"

    The last 7 days have certainly been an adventure.

    Gareth talked to Laura Whitmore on her 5 live show earlier about one of his scariest moments on the Quattrocycle.

    "We had Montana from Love Island. We were going down hill at about 25mph and she'd decided she was too hot, so she was taking her waterproof trousers off.

    That was a life flashing before me moment, because on the other side there was a 10 tonne lorry coming the other way!"
