Leah Chase, who has been cooking for 70 years in the Dooky Chase restaurant in the Tremé neighbourhood of News Orleans, Louisiana, tells us how she cooked for two former US presidents. First, George W. Bush, and then Barack Obama. She tells the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Dan Saladino her thoughts when she discovered that President George W. Bush was coming to eat at her restaurant.
