John Legend, fried chicken supremo

When Marcus Samuelsson launched his signature restaurant Red Rooster in New York, he wanted the star of the menu to be fried chicken, but for a long time he couldn't decide how best to cook it. His friend, the singer and songwriter John Legend, had to step in.
