Hereford's D-Day Jeep to return to Normandy
The vehicle will be crossing the channel to mark the 80th anniversary of the landings, as part of a thousand-strong convoy of well-wishers and 350 ex-military cars, as part of The Military Vehicle Trust.
The Normandy beach landings resulted in more than 10,000 Allied casualties, with more than 4,000 killed - but kick-started the liberation of France and victory on the Western Front.
Richard Gibson, from Hereford is embarking on the journey. Tammy Gooding went to meet Richard, and his authentic World War Two Jeep, Rosie.
