Today I'll write about food and chefs, specially of Navarra and Basque Country. My advice to you before to read this post is the same that when you go to the supermarket. Eat a healthy snack or meal before you go to the supermarket read this post.

Spain is famous for its gastronomy. diet is well-known for its use of fresh foods and healthy like olive oil. We have as well renowned such as: Arzak, ´¡°ù²µ³Ü¾±Ã±²¹²Ô´Ç, Ferrán Adriá, Berasategui and several excelent chefs.

has a daily TV programme on a Spanish channel and he is very funny and probably the most famous TV chef. The ´¡°ù²µ³Ü¾±Ã±²¹²Ô´Ç's restaurant is located in -Basque Country- (1 hour from Pamplona), a wonderful place to visit by the way.

We ate in the ´¡°ù²µ³Ü¾±Ã±²¹²Ô´Ç's restaurant one year ago with friends from Sevilla. It was a fantastic and enjoying activity. Firstly, we were introduce to Igor, he is one of his various children. We enjoy the meal with funny anecdote Igor tell us. Secondly we were delighted with the meal and the beautiful sea view. And in contrast with another similar restaurants, it's not so expensive as the people think it's. Furthermore it has economic and tasty menu with excelent food like this:

And lastly we met to Karlos ´¡°ù²µ³Ü¾±Ã±²¹²Ô´Ç! He is as funny as we watch him in the TV programme.

The basque country is a great place to visit and to enjoy eating. Navarra is close to the Basque country and the food is fantastic too.

In another hand in Navarra we have tpical products such as alcachofas, piquillo red peppers, excelent Navarra cheese, seasonal mushrooms, cogollos, asparagus, fantastic meat and several more products all of them tasty with a good Navarra wine.

The previous month, the in order to promotion our maravillous tipical food.

Personally my favourite Navarra food it's a good piece of Navarra meat with piquillo red peppers. Which is your favourite food?

    Hi Emilio,
It's really nice to continue reading your story of foods and famous Spanish chefs.
The foods look very delicious and nourishing.
In Vietnam, my favourite food is "Bun cha" [Unsuitable/Broken URL removed by Moderator] ( and I can eat it as much as posible, especially if it's prepared by my mother.
It seems that there're some typo in your post, such as:
    "annecdote" - isn't it "anecdote"?
    "tipical","tpical" - isn't it "typical"?
    "pepers" - isn't it "pepper"?
    Am I right?
    Best regard,

There are a lot of delicious foods in my country, Vietnam, but I particularly like to eat one kind of Vietnamese noodle soup named "PHO". I could enjoy it everyday because its taste and healthy eating. The ingredients of PHO include soup, fresh noodle, beef and serving with chilli sauce and vegetables. Once you try this kind of food , it is difficult to refuse if you see it. Looking forward to reading more your entries.

    Hello Emilio,

I am delighted with the food topic you introduced. Because I love cooking. It is my passion but unfortunately I am too busy to experiment with cooking. May be sometime in the future I will be able to accomplish my desire of cooking. I have never tried Spanish recipies but the pictures you provided are so mouth watering, I just want to try them. I wish you could also give us the recipies but may be it is not possible. My favourite food would be any chicken dishes, rice and most importantly sweet dishes.

    Happy blogging
