Hurrah!!!! I finished the homework so, the time to talk.

As per the questions, my job is the property consultant in Pattaya. The working time is 10 to 7. It seems my office is the center of people who want to do any property business.
Leasing, Listing, and Resale.
Any houses, apartment, condominium, land can be the circle. If you want to lease just list with the agency, my job is to look for someone who want to rent. One day you change your mind, you do not want to keep it anymore from the reason that you want to be the best singer. And you want to walk to your dream and leave everything behind. I understand your difficult situation Blaara Hayena (Who is she? I still don't know until she comes to be the best singer.), just list with me. When customers walk to the office and ask for their request. When the buyer and the seller have the same type also with requirement then the property is purchased. I work as the agency between the buyer and seller as well as taking care of document. The global recession make people afraid to do the business. We go slowly. The recession is the opportunity for investor. When the competition is higher, somebody wants to sell and wait for buyer. However, with any reason some seller cannot wait any longer, so they decrease the price down. The price trend moves to the middle class purchaser. Mostly luxurious properties will be belonging to Thai hi-so. I really want to have one to be mine, just waiting for Khun Nuala buy me a small lovely apartment gift (Just kidding.)

How I can find the customer? Surely, I cannot wait in the kitchen then the customer comes. Luckily, Pattaya City is near to the Industrial Estate in Rayong (The coast province at the Eastern Thailand.) I make up the presentation of my service and go to see the customer there. Drive time is 45 minutes from there to Pattaya. For me I take 1 hour or more, my speed is too slow. Just want to save the energy and saving the world..d...dd.ddd.d..

Thank you for every comment. It seems I have friends here and do not only me in the blog. You all will make a great friendship community here. In this time, successful is not mine but I will be. As 'Negin' askd, my religion is Buddhism. I belived in mind and body. Life is circle. Nothing is staying long time as the upset, you cannot keep it for all of minutes your thinking running. It will be gone with any reason. The picture of the first blog was taken from Lop-Buri. Nice, isn't it? I love flower so I want you all happy with my picture.
For my learning student friend, I recommend 'The Flatmates.' Comparing with food, its matter is not hard to consume. With four lovely and friendly characters, if possible can I be one of the Flatmates character.
By the way, Easter is passed but the next week is Thailand long holiday, the Songkran day, holiday of water. I would appreciate you joint me the Songkran on next week.

10 Years ago, I went to Pataya city as a honeymoon travel especially water holiday period.
At that time, everyone enjoyed watering to bless the health and wealth over the whole year.
I miss your water holiday watering. Oh

I love the way you write your blogs. It seems that you are a cheerful person. I was a student blogger 2 years ago and one of the things that I liked most was to read all the comments people from around the world wrote to me. I recommend you ask the commentators to include the country where they belong beside their names. You will see how wonderful is to realise that your blog is read overseas.
Have a nice day.
See you,
Cris (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Happy past-Songkran days!
According to Cristinas recomendation I have also included the country where I belong beside my name (I hope it's OK for you).
You know Dear Lyn, judging by your style of writing you are truly Buddhistic person because it seems quite unlike of styles previous to you bloggers...Lots of unexpected turning points in your posts. Saying those words I am just trying to pay you a compliment indeed. Not critical note, not in the least.
Do you have any photos of views of historic parts of Bangkok? It would be very finely to see them. Or may be Bangkok is newest city ?
Cheerio! I am looking forward to your next post.
Best wishes,
Emat

Well done on your first homework task. You got almost all of it right. I hope you'll find those three verbs easier to use from now on. I just have a couple of points I'd like to make:
2. Should be 'watch': What do you want to watch on TV tonight?
6. You need to add 'at': I looked at all her holiday photos but I didn't see one that I thought was interesting.
All the best,
Nuala

It is an interesting job that you have and you seem to be enjoying it. I think it is very important that you enjoy what you do. Otherwise you will be dragging yourself to your work place without any pleasure for the job you do. It makes a huge difference if you like your job.
The pictures are great but I am not sure what the ‘after’ and ‘before’ photos are about. Is it some sort of diet or therapy they used to lose weight? I would like to know more about it if this is what you were trying to tell us. People from your country have very good skin and I would also like to know what the secret is.
Have a nice day!

People enjoy something if he can do the best in it. I think you excel in your job and that's why it's quite interesting for you. But, 9 hrs duty, is it right? Think about it.
As Negee is interested in the photograph titled 'before' and 'after', I think it's such ultimate result that you expect by blogging this month, isn't it? I think Nuala will help her best in making you perfect as you mentioned 'After' by this time.
All the best.
