In México we have to many problems, is not a happy place. For example, violence, drug traffic, a popential natural disaster in Golf of México by oil leak, and many other things. She talk only about landmarks and holydays, She's describing the country as a happy magic place. México also have actuality themes.

That is only my opinion, I don't want bother to Mitzi.

I respect to your opinion, it's okay. Of course, I can't know what kind of actually themes has Mexico, but I know exactly that the Mexican girl Mitzi has only one actually theme in this Blog: to improve a little bit of her knowledge in English language. And the themes could be chosen freely: for example, our frend Lyn from Bangkok who was right before Mitzi, so she completely in during of the all month told only about mice...no, not about mice, if to be exact about the mouse, about the one mouse separately given and all of us (including our esteemed Teachers) passionately picked up this theme, if you remember. Just imagine!..
But, Mario, if to be seriously, if you need some globally info about Mexico you can find in internet lots of much more authoritative sources then from Mitzi.

I don't know if your last comment is in reply to my question! Anyway, you are right, I have heard about the problems your people are facing to! Let me ask you a question. Do you think that such as probles you mentioned are just inclusive to your country? If so, you are strongly wrong! Do you know any nation living without hardships in the world? Of course not!So, since by reiterating problems to other users in this forum, we can't get any result to solve our problems then, let's know about the positive points of your country as its beautiful,culture,traditions and so on!

The teacher's day is celebrated on 14th October.
This date is very easy to memorize to all student because it is related to the very important historical date. In 1410 polish-lithuanian army won the battle against german knights (known better as Crossknights because they wore black crosses on white background of their armour) in Grunwald. So because of the big importance of this date in historical aspect everybody should know it, especially for history class.

I feel interested by the teacher's day since I'm a teacher in VietNam!it is the first time I hear about the teacher'day at your country. In my country, the teacher's day celebrates on 20 Nov every year! In that day, my students usually visit me in my office at university. after that, I and some my friends take together to visit my old teachers who taught us when we were their students.
