Hello Mitzi,
Wow! Talk about making us feel jealous! I'll second all the comments that other people have left on your last post about your glorious photos. The beaches look really incredible - the sand and sea look so inviting, I wish I was there right now!
We have a long weekend in Britain this weekend so the good news is we don't have to work on Monday. The bad news is that on these long weekends if there's even a tiny bit of sunshine, this is what British beaches look like!
Not quite in the same league as the beach Huatulco, is it?
It's been lovely getting to know you and learning more about Mexican life and culture. Before I sign off, I'd like to look at a few verbs from your last post and use some of them for your final homework task. Have a look at the verbs in the sentences below. Some of them are correct and others aren't. You know the drill by now: if the sentence is correct, just write 'OK' or 'correct' but if the verb is wrong, rewrite the sentence with the correct verb.
- I remembered a trip.
- A trip I made a few years ago.
- Why not share the experiences I lived on the trip?
- We went for a week to Hustulco.
- When we got there the only things we made were eating, swimming and sleeping!
- One day we decided to know some beaches.
- You have to ask for permission to swim or camp there.
- We took the tour.
- We knew downtown Huatulco.
- We went there only in the afternoons.
And so, it's time to say goodbye.

I am a Chinese student majoring in Japanese in my college. But to spill the beans, I prefer English a lot. As to why I chose to study Japanese as my major, it is a long story which I hate to mention.
